At Transcriptik, we want you to have a smooth experience using our transcription services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations work.

Free Tier Before You Buy

We provide a free daily quota so you can test Transcriptik before upgrading to a paid subscription. This allows you to evaluate the service before making a purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable because access to the service is delivered immediately after purchase.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as: Accidental duplicate payments or Technical errors that prevent you from accessing the service.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Automatic Renewals

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
